As with technical writing, Write Brained starts its business writing process by reviewing existing materials and interviewing subject matter experts to understand your product or service and how it makes life easier for your audience. We also conduct additional research, if necessary. In general, our approach includes four steps:

Organize Material
This can be as simple as collecting our thoughts or as detailed as producing a multi-level outline of the material to ensure that we develop a proper flow of information and give prominence to the most important points.

Our proofreading process is reading front to back for comprehension and then back to front, right to left for typographical errors. We can’t tell you how many times our technique has caught errors missed by software programs.
